About the Role

The team at Laivly is looking for an Account Executive to drive the growth of our enterprise client base and build relationships with key decision-makers in the contact center industry. This role is pivotal in showcasing the value of Laivly’s innovative platform to potential clients, particularly in the customer experience and customer support sectors.

As Account Executive, you are focused on identifying and engaging new prospects while leveraging your SaaS expertise to tailor solutions that meet client needs. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with internal teams and staying ahead of industry trends to position Laivly as a leader in the contact center space.


As Account Executive, You Will…

  • Identify and Engage Prospects: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and secure new enterprise clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as Directors of Support, VPs of Customer Success, and Directors of Customer Experience.
  • Leverage Industry Knowledge: Utilize your expertise in SaaS solutions for contact centers to effectively communicate the value of Laivly’s platform. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of major vendors in the contact center space.
  • Solution Selling: Conduct in-depth needs analysis to tailor solutions that address specific client requirements and pain points. Present and demonstrate Laivly’s platform capabilities to prospective clients, highlighting how our solutions can solve their unique challenges.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Work closely with the product solutions and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and drive sales strategy. Identify and leverage market opportunities to position Laivly’s platform as the preferred choice for contact centers.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on sales performance and market conditions.


As Account Executive, You Have…

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in enterprise SaaS solutions, specifically within the contact center industry. Consistent track record of surpassing sales quotas. Minimum 3 years experience working for a fast growing start-up (preferred).
  • Industry knowledge: A strong understanding of the contact center operations landscape and customer experience trends. Strong knowledge base in the fields of conversational/voice AI and Generative AI solutions.
  • Strategic mindset: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies, adapting to the unique needs of each client.
  • Relationship-building skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish and nurture long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Results-oriented: A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Technical acumen: Comfortable discussing and demonstrating software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Flexibility: The ability to travel a minimum of one week/month or as needed.
