Home Concierge is not just another home care company. In an industry plagued by undertrained caregivers, poor service and inconsistent caregivers as a result of high turnover, we’ve created an offering that 1) puts the needs of our members first, 2) treats our employees like team members and 3) provides peace of mind to seniors and their families. We do that by matching seniors and their families with a dedicated, personal concierge who builds a personalized team of caregivers to support all their needs. From support with eating, bathing and toileting to performing everyday tasks like grocery shopping, meal preparation and cleaning the house – with our team the answer is always YES. Dedicated, Personal Concierge: Our professionally trained, hardworking team of concierges are always available to listen to your needs, coordinate services and provide thoughtful advice. They also have access to a variety of tools to help make your life easier. In-Home Support Team: We know that in order to provide a professional, personalized service we need a highly trained, consistent team of caregivers. That’s why we’ve done away with the idea of part-time and full-time employees and created a team environment based around a tiered reward system where all of our team members are able to work towards and earn rewards that are typically restricted for full-time, salaried employees. Not surprisingly this has resulted in high employee retention – which makes our whole offering possible. Safety: The safety of the members we serve is our top priority.
