The Role
This is a newly created role, reflecting the rapid growth of our marketing efforts and the opportunity to build and scale paid acquisition as a core growth engine at Fig.
You will own and optimize our paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube, driving efficient growth and continuously improving customer acquisition cost (CAC).
This is a highly impactful role on a small growth team where you'll have the opportunity to experiment, test new ideas, and directly influence how Fig acquires customers.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube
- Optimize campaigns to improve CAC, CPA, and ROAS
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels
- Run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Identify performance trends and uncover new growth opportunities
- Continuously improve campaign performance through experimentation
- Partner with designers and marketers to develop high-performing ad creatives
- Test new messaging, formats, and hooks to improve conversion rates
- Build a repeatable creative testing framework
- Monitor key metrics including CAC, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Build dashboards and provide insights to the growth team
- Use data to identify opportunities to scale acquisition
- Work closely with product, analytics, and design teams to improve the full acquisition funnel
- Contribute to growth strategy and help shape Fig’s marketing roadmap
What you’ll bring:
- 3–6 years experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing CAC/CPA
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, attribution tools, and performance dashboards
- Experience running creative and landing page experiments
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Experience in fintech or consumer financial products
- Experience scaling acquisition for consumer apps or digital products
