The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Growth team. You’ll have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a small team and help build a new company from the ground up.
This role focuses on driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through innovative strategies and cross-channel marketing campaigns. You will analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and execute experiments to optimize performance across various marketing channels.

What you’ll do as the Growth Marketing Specialist:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement growth-focused strategies that align with company goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and paid media).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI.
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Map and optimize customer journeys, through A/B testing and experimentation, to improve user experience and drive engagement.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize marketing effectiveness.
  • Tool Utilization: Use marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other platforms to track and optimize campaigns.

What you’ll bring to the Growth team:

  • 3-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns through marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze, etc).
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • You are eager to learn, are curious and hungry for knowledge. You want to build and/or enhance your skill set, whether that be from a team member, or on your own. You enjoy researching and asking questions.
  • You have a growth mindset with a passion for testing and learning.
  • You embrace change, value change and are excited by it. You believe that change equals growth for yourself and for Fig.
  • You excel at problem solving, have great troubleshooting abilities and are resourceful.
  • You like teamwork and thrive in a collaborative work environment. You are a supportive teammate who is reliable, inclusive, positive and believe that working together is often necessary to achieve our goals.
